Caribbean Collection is a blend of young rums produced by Trinidad Distillers and aged on the island then shipped to the U.K. and bottled here. It is pale gold in colour with a soft nose, some fruit and a soft palate with a little wood influence, and nice finish. To be enjoyed with a favourite mixer, over ice or in a classic cocktail.
